The chicken
Instructions
- Zest the limes and then juice them into a food processor.
- Add cilantro, jalapenos, garlic, olive oil, sea salt, and pepper to the processor.
- Blend all ingredients until mixed uniformly.
- Marinate the chicken legs for up to 4 hours.
- Grill the chicken on medium/high heat for about 7-8 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 170°F.
