Instructions
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Place chicken thighs in a non-reactive container and pour in the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Cover and refrigerate to marinate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill to high heat and brush with oil if necessary.
- Place chicken on the grill, nice side down, lower heat to medium, and close the lid.
- Cook for about 5 minutes until the meat detaches easily, then flip the chicken.
- Spoon leftover marinade over each thigh, close the lid, and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes until charred and cooked through.
- Remove chicken and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
