Instructions
- Rinse and dry the chicken thighs, removing the bones while keeping the skin on.
- In a large bowl, whisk together all marinade ingredients until well combined.
- Add the chicken to the marinade, ensuring it is evenly coated, and marinate for 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill and brush it with oil.
- Place the marinated chicken on the grill, adding some of the marinade ingredients on top.
- Grill the chicken until golden brown and charred on both sides, then serve immediately.
