Enoki Beef Rolls

Instructions
- Cut the root ends off the enoki mushrooms and separate them into small bundles.
- Lay a piece of beef on a cutting board and place a bundle of mushrooms in the middle, then wrap the beef around the mushrooms.
- Sprinkle the rolls with Umami Stir-Fry Powder or salt.
- Heat a skillet and add avocado oil, then fry half of the rolls seam-side down until browned.
- Flip the rolls and cook until browned all over, then transfer to a dish and repeat with the remaining rolls.
- Whisk together All-Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce and arrowroot powder to make the sauce.
- Pour the sauce into the skillet and cook until it thickens slightly.
- Add the beef rolls to the sauce and coat them well, then transfer to a serving platter and garnish with scallions.
