Instructions
- Cut the blanched scallions into 5cm strips and prepare the other vegetables.
- Lay the thinly sliced beef on a board and place the vegetables on one edge, then roll tightly.
- Secure the rolls with toothpicks if necessary and repeat until all beef is used.
- Cover the rolls with flour.
- Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and place the beef rolls in the pan.
- Cook each side for about 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Combine all sauce ingredients and pour over the beef rolls in the pan.
- Serve with green salad and rice.
