Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a sauté pan over medium heat.
- Add diced onion, celery, and carrot; cook until softened.
- Add ground beef and minced garlic; break up the meat while cooking.
- Season with salt and pepper; cook until the meat is browned.
- Drain excess fat from the pan.
- Stir in tomato sauce, honey, chili powder, vinegar, mustard, and cinnamon.
- Simmer over low heat until the sauce thickens, about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Serve warm on toasted whole-wheat buns.
