Ingredients

The salad

The dressing

  • 1 each lime zest
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the cucumber into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Peel and cut the mango into bite-sized pieces, then combine with the avocado and cucumber in a bowl.
  3. Make the dressing by mixing lime zest, lime juice, olive oil, and maple syrup in a small bowl.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently.
