Spinach, Banana, Almond Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana sliced and frozen
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter or other nut butter
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 Medjool date pitted and torn into pieces
  • 4 ounces spinach
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • handful ice optional
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. If the blender gets stuck, stop and jostle the ingredients, then blend again.
  3. Add more almond milk or water if the smoothie is too thick.
