Ingredients

The slaw

  • 1 bag (12 oz.) broccoli slaw
  • ½ cup dried cranberries or raisins
  • cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • cup diced red onion
  • ½–¾ cup ranch dressing of choice
  • to taste salt and black pepper

Optional ingredients

  • to taste sliced green onion
  • to taste chopped fresh herbs

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Mix well and serve or refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Add additional dressing for a creamier salad if desired.
  4. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
