Air Fryer Ribs
Ingredients
The Ribs

full racks
baby back ribs, cut into quarters

BBQ sauce (or your favorite)
The Spice Rub

tablespoon
garlic powder

tablespoon
paprika

teaspoon
chili powder

teaspoon
cinnamon

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
ground pepper
Instructions
- 1. Remove the membrane from the bottom side of the ribs.
- 2. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, cinnamon, salt, and pepper to make the spice rub.
- 3. Rub the spice blend all over both sides of the ribs.
- 4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for about 2-3 minutes.
- 5. Place the seasoned ribs in the air fryer meat side down and cook for 20 minutes.
- 6. Flip the ribs and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
- 7. Slather the ribs with BBQ sauce and air fry for an additional 5 minutes.
- 8. Repeat the process with the remaining racks of ribs and serve.
