Cheesy Potluck Potatoes

frozen cubed hash brown potatoes, defrosted

can of 98% fat free cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup

2% reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese

corn flakes, crushed
Seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except the corn flakes until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the crushed corn flakes on top.
- Bake for one hour until the potatoes are cooked through.
- Slice into eight pieces and serve.
