Instructions
- Blend the cookies in a food processor until crumbly and transfer to a mixing bowl.
- Crush the pretzel sticks in a food processor or ziplock bag until crumbly.
- Combine the crushed pretzels with the cookie mix, then add the nut butter and vanilla, mixing until a dough forms.
- Scoop out small portions of the dough and roll them into balls, placing them on a baking sheet.
- Freeze the balls for 10 minutes while melting the chocolate in the microwave or on the stove.
- Dip each ball in the melted chocolate, coating evenly, and place back on the baking sheet.
- Add decorative toppings if desired and freeze again for 10-15 minutes to set the chocolate.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge or at room temperature for up to a week.
