Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together the butter and powdered sugar until well combined.
- Sift in the cocoa powder and salt, then mix until combined.
- Beat in the sour cream and vanilla extract until just combined.
- Blend in the flour until no streaks remain, then stir in the chocolate chips.
- If the dough is too warm, chill it for 30 to 60 minutes.
- Shape the dough into 1-inch balls, roll in cocoa powder, and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 9-10 minutes, ensuring they are just set.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Once cooled, roll in powdered sugar until coated.
