Ingredients

  • ΒΌ cup chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2.5 tablespoons maple syrup
  • a pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar and whisk until the cocoa powder is dissolved.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight for best results.
  3. Before serving, mix again and adjust the consistency with more almond milk if desired.
