Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

Instructions
- Gather two 8-ounce or larger mason jars.
- In each jar, add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, 1 tablespoon of cacao powder, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, and ½ cup of milk.
- Stir the ingredients together with a small whisk, noting that the cocoa powder may not mix in easily at first.
- Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes to allow the chia seeds to gel.
- After 10 minutes, stir the mixture again, scraping the sides and bottom of each jar to break up any clumps.
- Serve immediately or secure the lids and store in the fridge for up to 4 days, adding more milk to loosen the texture if needed.
