The pudding

  • ½ cup oat milk
  • ½ tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Optional toppings

  • to taste berries
  • to taste nuts/seeds
  • to taste granola
  • to taste nut butter
  • to taste Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Whisk together chia seeds, oat milk, honey, vanilla, and cocoa powder in a small bowl until completely combined.
  2. Let set for 60 minutes in the fridge, stirring at the 20-minute mark.
  3. Add toppings and enjoy!
