Instructions
- Thinly slice the radishes and cucumbers and place them in a large bowl.
- Trim the fennel, remove the core, and slice it into thin strips. Add to the bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk to make the dressing.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
