Instructions
- Thinly slice the radishes and place them in a large salad bowl.
- Peel the jicama and slice it into small matchstick strips; add to the salad bowl.

- In a small dish, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin seeds, salt, and black pepper.
