Ingredients

The salad

  • 1 lb Radishes
  • 1 lb Cucumbers

The dressing

  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • 1 ½ tbsp Fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1 ½ tbsp Fresh chives (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Sea salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice the radishes and cucumbers thinly.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the sour cream, dill, chives, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic powder. Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. Add the cucumbers and radishes. Fold together to combine.
