Creamy Cucumber Salad

The dressing

plain nonfat Greek yogurt

white vinegar

Instructions
- Combine cucumbers, radishes, and 1 teaspoon of salt in a medium bowl and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Drain the mixture in a colander to remove excess moisture.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, vinegar, honey, garlic, pepper, and remaining salt.
- Add half of the dressing to the cucumber and radish mixture, stirring until well coated.
- Add more dressing to reach desired creaminess, then stir in dill and chives.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
