Instructions
- Slice the cucumbers into ¼-inch thick slices and set aside.
- Slice the white onion into thin slices and set aside.
- Mix the Greek yogurt, white balsamic vinegar, and olive oil in a bowl to make the dressing, adding salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine the cucumber slices, onion slices, and chopped dill in a large bowl, then toss with the dressing.
