Creamy One Pot Broccoli Pasta

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Dice onion and garlic, then sauté in the hot oil for 3-4 minutes until fragrant.
- Add a pinch of sea salt and black pepper.
- Add dry pasta, yogurt, broccoli, broth, red pepper flakes, and more olive oil to the pan.
- Stir well to prevent sticking and curdling, then cover and reduce heat to medium-low.
- Cook until liquid is absorbed and noodles are al dente, about 11 minutes.
- Remove cover and stir in ¾ cup of Parmigiano Reggiano until fully incorporated.
- Plate the pasta, top with remaining cheese, serve, and enjoy.
