The chicken

chicken drumsticks

Instructions
- Combine the mustard, orange juice, olive oil, garlic, and salt in a large bowl and mix well.
- Add the chicken drumsticks to the bowl and mix to coat them evenly.
- Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for up to a day if possible.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (or 400°F on convection mode).
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Shake off excess marinade and lay the chicken drumsticks on the rack in a single layer.
- Roast for 20 minutes, then flip the drumsticks and rotate the tray.
- Continue roasting for another 20 minutes or until cooked through, reaching the appropriate internal temperature.
- Optionally, sprinkle chopped parsley or chives on top before serving.
