Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Rinse the chicken and remove the skin and fat, then pat dry and season with salt.
- In a small bowl, combine Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, lime juice, lime zest, garlic, and black pepper; mix well.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and toss to coat evenly.
- Spray a baking pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
