Baked Mustard Lime Chicken

The marinade

Instructions
- Combine lime juice, cilantro, mustard, olive oil, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a food processor.
- Pulse until the ingredients are well combined.
- Rinse the chicken breasts, pat them dry, and place them in a 7 x 11 inch baking dish.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken, cover, and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or up to 6 hours.
- Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes uncovered, or until an instant-read thermometer reads 165°F.
- Serve with the cooked sauce spooned over the chicken.
