Cilantro Lime Chicken Drumsticks

Instructions
- Combine olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, salt, and cracked pepper in a bowl.
- Zest one lime and add 1 tsp of zest and 3 Tbsp of juice to the marinade.
- Chop 1/4 bunch of cilantro and add it to the marinade.
- Pour the marinade into a zip-top bag and add the chicken drumsticks, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish in a single layer and pour the remaining marinade over it.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, basting occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Broil for 2-4 minutes for extra browning if desired.
- Garnish with fresh lime slices and remaining chopped cilantro before serving.
