Instructions
- 1. Remove the skin from each drumstick, if desired.
- 2. In a bowl, mix dry mustard, crushed garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice, lemon zest, and olive oil to create the marinade.
- 3. Coat the drumsticks in the marinade and place them in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- 4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 5. Place the marinated drumsticks in a baking dish and bake for 45 to 55 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- 6. Serve and enjoy with your favorite sides.
