Cheddar Broccoli Orzo

The cheese

Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the dry orzo and stir to coat, cooking until some pieces begin to brown.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the broth and water, bringing to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to a simmer.
- After 5 minutes, stir in the broccoli, cover, and simmer for an additional 8-10 minutes until the orzo and broccoli are tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar, mustard powder, parsley, salt, and black pepper until combined.
- Serve immediately.
