Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare cookie sheets.
- In a large bowl, beat together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla, beating until light in color.
- Mix in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips, coconut, and almonds by hand.
- Drop rounded tablespoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes and cool on a wire rack.
