Instructions
- Mix the spices together in a small bowl and season the tilapia with the spice mix.
- Heat a cast iron skillet on high and warm the tortillas until lightly browned.
- Add oil to the skillet and cook the tilapia for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Assemble the tacos by placing fish on each tortilla and topping with jalapeño, pickled carrots, cotija cheese, avocado, and cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges.
