Easy Air Fryer Potato Skins

Instructions
- Scrub the potatoes clean and rub each with olive oil.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer and cook at 400°F for 35-45 minutes until soft.
- Remove the potatoes and let them cool for 20-30 minutes.
- Slice each potato in half and scoop out the inner flesh, leaving about ¼ inch along the edges.
- Drizzle or spray the insides with olive oil and season with salt and your preferred seasoning.
- Top each potato skin with crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Return the skins to the air fryer and cook at 350°F for 6-10 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Finish by topping with green onions and ranch dressing.
