  • 1 tablespoon ketchup or chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons coconut milk or water

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
  2. If the sauce is too thick, add coconut milk or water to thin it out.
  3. Let the sauce sit for 10-20 minutes for the flavors to meld before serving.
