Instructions
- Warm the peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Whisk in the chile garlic sauce, sweetener, and Tamari soy sauce.
- Heat oil in a small pan over medium heat and add the Thai red curry paste, cooking until fragrant.
- Combine the oil and curry paste with the peanut butter mixture and whisk to combine.
- Slowly add the coconut milk while stirring, adjusting seasonings to taste.
- Serve at room temperature or slightly warmed.
