Healthy Peanut Sauce

Instructions
- Combine the nut butter, lime juice, fish sauce, sesame oil, umeboshi vinegar, stevia, and water in a mason jar.
- Close the jar and shake well.
- Add cilantro, garlic, ginger, and chili powder, then shake again until well combined.
- Use as a dip for vegetables or serve over salad or spring rolls.
