Ingredients

  • ¾ cup natural style peanut butter
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • ½ unit lime juice
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • ¼ bunch cilantro
  • ¼ - ½ cup water

Instructions

  1. Ensure the peanut butter is well mixed before measuring.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except the sriracha sauce.
  3. Start with ¼ cup of water and add more until the desired consistency is reached.
  4. Add the sriracha sauce gradually, blending in between, until the desired heat is achieved.
  5. Serve the peanut sauce on salads, pasta, or as a dipping sauce.
