Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, brown sugar, oil, vanilla extract, and shredded zucchini.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Transfer the batter to the greased loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes.
- Allow the bread to cool completely before slicing.
