Instructions
- Combine kale, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, olive oil, cumin, chili powder, and sea salt in a bowl and mix well to marinate.
- Warm black beans and minced garlic with water until heated through, mashing slightly and adding salt to taste.
- Warm the tortilla and layer with black bean mixture, avocado, marinated kale, red onion, and feta.
- Roll the burrito and serve with sour cream or yogurt on the side if desired.
