Instructions
- Freeze coconut milk in an ice cube tray the night before.
- Add coconut milk, frozen coconut milk ice cubes, sugar, and vanilla extract to the blender.
- Blend from low to high speed, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Blend until the mixture is thick and creamy.
- Serve immediately or freeze for 15 minutes to 2 hours for a firmer consistency.
