Poppy Seed Dressing
Instructions
- Remove tough stems from the kale and thinly slice the leaves.
- If using tough kale, massage it with olive oil, lemon juice, and sea salt until softened.
- Add cabbage, Brussels sprouts, broccoli slaw, cranberries, and pumpkin seeds to the kale.
- Pour poppy seed dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
