Instructions
- Rinse, dry, and shred all of the vegetables.
- Combine the shredded vegetables in a large mixing bowl with the remaining ingredients.
- Toss everything to coat and season to taste.
- Let the slaw sit for up to an hour to allow the flavors to meld before serving.
