15-Minute Kale Apple Slaw

Instructions
- Combine the dressing ingredients in a jar or blender and mix well.
- Remove the stems from the kale and slice the leaves into ¼ inch pieces.
- In a large bowl, massage the kale with olive oil and a pinch of salt for 3 to 5 minutes until softened.
- Add the red cabbage, grated carrots, and apple to the kale.
- Drizzle the dressing over the slaw and toss everything to combine.
