Instructions
- Rinse the kale under cool running water and let it drain.
- In a blender, combine olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper, and blend until smooth.
- Wash the apple and slice it into wedges or dice it.
- Chop the walnuts and ensure the kale is dry before adding it to a large bowl with the apples, walnuts, and raisins.
- Drizzle half of the dressing over the salad and toss to coat, adding more dressing as desired.
