Kale and Apple Salad

The salad

The dressing

olive oil

apple cider vinegar

lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

Instructions
- Combine the olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, and salt in a small jar and shake to mix.
- Place the kale in a large salad bowl and massage the olive oil mixture into the leaves.
- Add the apples, walnuts, and blue cheese on top of the kale and lightly toss to combine.
