Instructions
- Preheat the oven and bake the potatoes until tender.
- Let the potatoes cool slightly and then peel them.
- Grate the potatoes using a box grater and spread them out to cool completely.
- Sprinkle salt, drizzle olive oil, and add flour to the cooled potatoes, then mix to form a smooth dough.
- Cut the dough into portions, roll into logs, and cut into pieces, then shape the gnocchi.
- Prepare the kale sauce by boiling kale in water, then blending it with garlic, nutritional yeast, miso, lemon juice, and seasoning.
- Boil the gnocchi until they float, then combine with the kale sauce and serve.
