Asian Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Kyuri Japanese cucumber
  • ½ tablespoon Sesame seed oil
  • ½ tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Torigara Soup Granules
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • ½ tablespoon Toasted sesame seeds
  • ½ teaspoon Minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon Togarashi (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the cucumbers.
  2. Chop off both ends of the cucumbers.
  3. Place the cucumbers in a ziplock bag and smash them with a rolling pin.
  4. Break the smashed cucumbers into smaller pieces inside the bag.
  5. Add the remaining ingredients to the bag.
  6. Zip the bag and toss the cucumbers with the seasonings.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate to marinate.
