Instructions
- Wash and dry the cucumbers.
- Chop off both ends of the cucumbers.
- Place the cucumbers in a ziplock bag and smash them with a rolling pin.
- Break the smashed cucumbers into smaller pieces inside the bag.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the bag.
- Zip the bag and toss the cucumbers with the seasonings.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate to marinate.
