Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Instructions
- 1. Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- 2. Stir together the wet ingredients in a small bowl.
- 3. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
- 4. Form 1-inch balls and press them onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- 5. Bake at 350°F for 7-10 minutes.
- 6. Cool and serve.
