Ingredients

  • cups blanched almond flour
  • ½ teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup grapeseed oil or palm shortening
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup agave nectar or honey
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. 1. Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. 2. Stir together the wet ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. 3. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
  4. 4. Form 1-inch balls and press them onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  5. 5. Bake at 350°F for 7-10 minutes.
  6. 6. Cool and serve.
