Instructions
- Cook the orzo according to package directions until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper to make the vinaigrette.
- Combine the cooked orzo with tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella, then pour the vinaigrette over the mixture and mix well.
- Cover and chill the salad for 1-2 hours, mixing occasionally.
