The dressing

olive oil

balsamic vinegar

Instructions
- Cook the orzo according to the package instructions and set aside to cool.
- Heat a sauté pan over medium heat, add olive oil, then add tomatoes and garlic, cooking until the tomatoes blister and soften.
- In a glass measuring cup, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to make the dressing.
- Combine the orzo with the sautéed tomatoes and garlic, then add mozzarella, basil, and pine nuts.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
- Top with grated parmesan cheese and additional basil if desired.
