Instructions
- Combine shrimp, olive oil, honey, and seasonings in a bowl and mix well.
- Line the air fryer tray with parchment paper and spread the shrimp evenly.
- Air fry the shrimp at 400°F for 7-8 minutes.
- While shrimp cooks, warm the tortillas over an open flame or in a pan.
- Assemble the tacos by placing guacamole, shrimp, mango avocado salsa, and cilantro on each tortilla.
