The jalapeño lime crema

raw cashews

jalapeño, de-seeded and de-veined

garlic powder

Instructions
- Soak cashews in hot water to soften.
- Pat shrimp dry and mix with olive oil, spices, salt, and pepper; let marinate.
- Prepare the salsa by mixing pineapple, onion, cilantro, lime zest, lime juice, and salt.
- Blend drained cashews with jalapeño, garlic powder, lime juice, water, and salt until smooth.
- Cook shrimp in a skillet with olive oil for about 4 minutes until browned.
- Warm tortillas and assemble tacos with crema, shrimp, and salsa; garnish as desired.
